This issue has been going on for a a few months now. Originally thought it was vaginitis. 3 rounds of antibiotics no change. Have done ultrasounds of kidney, abdomen, bladder, pee sample, swabs, blood. Everything has apparently come back normal.
I’m at a loss of what to do. She’s in a cone all the time to stop her from licking, but it’s irritating her some much she doesn’t even want to go foe walks now.
The image is after a clean up from the vet. It can get quite dark with discharge that has caked.
